Job Description
Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer – Social Housing
An award winning Housing Association currently requires a domestic ACS Gas Engineers to work on a large social housing contract covering Essex (CM, RM, IG, CO)
The work will be a variety of annual boiler services and boiler breakdowns.
To be considered you will have an extensive experience in domestic servicing and repairs with a background in Social Housing as well as fantastic technical ability you must demonstrate a desire to deliver excellent customer service as customer satisfaction is key!
You will require the following in date ACS qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
OTE = £45,000
Benefits :
* Van and fuel card provided
* Analyser, uniform, phone and PPE all provided
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Call out 1/4 weeks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Call out - 1 in 4 weeks
Experience:
* Heating: 5 years (required)
* Social Housing experience required
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (required)
* ASC (required)
