Job Title: Garden Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Curdridge, Southampton, SO32 2DA
Salary: £12.00 an hour with an overtime rate of up to £15.60 an hour
Job type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours a week, Monday - Friday)
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person

The Role:
We are looking for experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to join the department, maintaining prestigious gardens/grounds of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. You will be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens. This is all with the aim of delivering a high level of satisfaction to our clients.
The Candidate:
Essential:
Excellent plant knowledge & identification
Hold a PA6 Spraying Certificate
Plant care, pruning & shaping experience
Garden Machinery knowledge
Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
Qualified/5 Years experience
Driving licence/able to drive up to 3.5 Ton vehicleDesirable:
NPTC Chainsaw Certificate of equivalent
Experience working with domestic/commercial clients
Pest and disease knowledgeBenefits:
