Proficient in operating and controlling gantry cranes safely and efficiently
* Strong understanding of load capacities and weight distribution
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
* Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
* Skilled in performing routine maintenance and inspections on gantry cranes
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to crane operations
* Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in challenging situations
* Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during crane operations
* Attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise movements of loads
* Physical fitness and stamina to withstand long hours of standing and operating cranes
