Job Description
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Do you have experience in waiting tables and a friendly, professional attitude? We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member for our client to join their team!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment
✅ A positive, can-do attitude with great customer service skills
✅ Preferably trained in basic bar work and coffee-making
✅ Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure
✅ Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
What You’ll Be Doing:
🍽️ Welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food & drinks
☕ Preparing basic coffees and drinks
🍷 Helping out behind the bar when needed
💡 Providing a warm and efficient service, ensuring a great customer experience
🧹 Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining and bar areas
