We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Front of House Supervisor
Our venue is nestled within picturesque gardens. Holding Ceremonies, Celebration parties, Business Meetings, Funeral Wakes etc.
Job requirements:
* Respond to all customer enquires via email and phone.
* Manage all hires, functions, and events.
* Liaise with hirers to arrange/plan and ensure their booking runs smoothly.
* Prepare rooms along with the facilities staff for hire/use and de-rig/reset after use, maintaining the building’s integrity.
* Deputise for Operations Manager and Venues Manager when required.
* Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the venue.
* Ensure all activities are set up on time within health and safety guidelines.
* Act as Keyholder and emergency out-of-hours contact for the venues.
We are looking for a highly motivated and hard-working individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to continue the success of the mansion. From helping set up rooms for ceremonies, to liaising with hires and contractors to put on special events, no day will be the same.
Essential requirements:
* Good standard of written and spoken English (GCSE Grades A-C / 4+)
* IT confident with Word/Teams
* Face to Face Customer Service Experience
* Ability to carry out the lifting and moving of furniture
