Job Description

Our rapidly growing software client are looking for a Front End Web Developer with a UI/UX Focus to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user-centric web interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally effective. This role combines technical proficiency in front-end development with a deep understanding of user experience principles to create responsive, accessible, and intuitive web applications. Front End Web Developer Responsibilities: * Design and implement responsive, cross-platform user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. * Optimize web pages for maximum performance and scalability. * Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive user experiences. * Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data. * Maintain consistency through design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides. * Work with APIs and back-end teams to integrate designs seamlessly into the overall application.
