FRENCH SELECTION (FS) French speaking Wellbeing Mentor QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS (OR EQUIVALENT) REQUIRED Fixed term contract until July 2025 Location: London Salary: Up to £34k depending on experience and great benefits Ref: 164FR To apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection UK website, go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 164FR The Company: An award-winning international school Main duties: Offer learning and emotional support to students in order to maintain their wellbeing The Role: - Assist students in developing resilience and wellbeing skills - Provide guidance on learning strategies and fostering students’ independence - Using curriculum material, create and assess learning strategies - Monitor individual EHCPs in order to show progression - Ensure the school’s dedication to student safety and wellbeing - Arrange one to one sessions and workshops with students, parents and staff on topics such as mental health awareness, cultural adaptation, coping mechanism, stress management etc. The candidate: - Fluent in French (both written and verbally) - Required - QTS or equivalent – Mandatory - Qualification in psychology or related field – Ideal - Experience working in the education sector – Preferred - Dedication to contribute to school life - Strong IT skills Salary: Up to £34k depending on experience and great benefits French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
