This role is for a French Speaking Executive Assistant in the Financial Services industry, based in London. The successful candidate will provide exceptional secretarial and business support within a professional and fast-paced environment. They are highly respected for their commitment to providing top-tier corporate and investment banking services. Description Provide full secretarial and business support to a team of executives. Coordinate and manage schedules and appointments. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Minute taking Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming mail and other material. Set up and maintain filing systems. Manage office space and resources efficiently. Ensure smooth communication with internal teams and external clients.Profile A successful French Speaking Executive Assistant should have: Fluency in French and English. Excellent secretarial and administrative skills. Experience in the financial services industry. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
