The company:
Leading international capital equipment trader
Main duties:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting new clients, resolving first-time buying issues, analysing customer trends, supporting auctions, and collaborating with internal teams.
The role:
- Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing clients in Europe
- Assist first-time customers with deposit and bidder number allocation.
- Analyse data to identify new customer trends.
- Support auction operations as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain strong working relationships.
- Some travelling to Europe may occur, particularly France and Spain
The candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish or French (written and spoken)
- Additional fluency in German - Advantageous
- Previous experience in customer relations
- Strong problem-solving and workload management skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to compile and present data reports
