Complaints Handler (French speaking)   Glasgow / Hybrid (2 days in office)   £26,500   Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Why Apply? What You'll Do: - Manage and investigate regulated complaints across Benelux and the UK, ensuring fair and timely resolutions. - Engage directly with customers, providing regular updates and professional service. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and evidence. - Make informed decisions on complaints, communicate outcomes, and liaise with local Ombudsman when necessary.
