About the Role: We are seeking a Freelance Building Surveyor for a 2-week contract to carry out fabric condition surveys across multiple office spaces in Belfast. This short-term role offers a great opportunity to apply your surveying expertise in a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed fabric condition surveys across office buildings.
Use a tablet device and bespoke asset capture software to record survey data.
Identify and document defects, deterioration, and maintenance requirements.
Provide clear and concise reports to support asset management planning.Requirements:
Proven experience in conducting fabric condition surveys, ideally in commercial office environments.
Competency in using tablet devices and asset capture software.
Strong knowledge of building pathology, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reports.
Ability to work independently and efficiently within the tight project timeframe.Contract Details:
