FPGA Lead Designer An opportunity to lead innovative FPGA projects within a highly skilled engineering team. This role involves driving collaboration and delivering advanced solutions on cutting-edge projects. Location: Stevenage (relocation package may be available) Security Clearance: British citizen or dual UK national required; BPSS checks necessary. Role Overview: Lead FPGA design teams on complex projects, utilising your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality designs and foster team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and implement complex FPGA architectures using VHDL and Simulink. • Verify FPGA implementations with VHDL and System Verilog/UVM methodologies. • Utilise design tools and verification software (e.g., QuestaSim, ModelSim). • Develop low-level software (C) to support FPGA integration. • Document and configure designs to professional standards. Preferred Experience: • Strong background in leading FPGA teams on complex projects. • Expertise in Xilinx, Intel, and Microsemi devices. • Familiarity with advanced verification tools and methodologies.
