Fostering Service Manager - therapeutic fostering agency
£60,500 per annum + £5,100 car allowance
NonStop Care is looking for a Fostering Service Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the South West of England. They are therapeutic and they have a very good reputation so you will be part of a very good working environment.
Responsibilities:
The Fostering Service Manager will oversee a team of about 25 staff across two offices: one in Exeter and one in Truro. The Service Manager will have to be based in one of these offices with the expectation to have a presence in both offices.
There are two experienced Team Managers that are supporting the Service Manager.
The service covers the whole of Cornwall and Devon and it currently has 123 foster families.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager or a Service Manager and if you have experience in fostering. You must have a very good understanding of the fostering regulations and Ofsted requirements and hold a Level 5 in leadership and Management qualification.
You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
