Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Letchworth. This is a temp to perm position offering great stability and a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Title: Warehouse / Forklift Operator
Location: Letchworth
Rate: £14.41 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Rotating Shifts *MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SHIFTS*
* 06:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Duties
* Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance forklift
* General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and manual handling
* Supporting the team with various manual tasks as required
Experience
* Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) license
* Power Pallet Truck (PPT) license is desirable
* Must be physically fit to carry out manual work
* A good level of spoken and written English
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Must have your own safety boots and hi-vis vest
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
