Job Description
My client is an industry leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Foreman or Supervisor to join the company and assist in managing a long term groundworks residential package based in Sheffield.
This would be a working foreman position.
My client can offer 1 year of work with further contracts being priced.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Foreman Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Site Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Driving the project
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Foreman Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• First aid
• CPCS or NPORS
• Experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
• 4+ years management experience
