Food Technology Teacher – MPS – UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) – April start – SEN School – Essex * Food Technology Teacher required in a SEN school * Food Technology Teacher required to start in April * Food Technology Teacher required in Essex * Must hold QTS Can you commute to Essex? Do you hold QTS? Are you an experienced Food Technology Teacher looking for a new role? If you answered yes to the above, this Food Technology Teacher role is for you! The school – SEN I am working with a SEN school based in Essex that are looking to appoint a Food Technology Teacher to join their team! In this role you will be working with students in KS3 & KS4 with SEN needs, you must carefully design learning activities that engage pupils’ interest and meet their individual needs. In this Food Technology Teacher role, you must focus on the emotional wellbeing, academic achievement and life skills of the students while creating a warm and nurturing classroom environment. You must plan and deliver lessons, monitor student progress and must hold QTS. The school – SEN The school is a SEN school based in Essex that caters for children aged 11 – 16 years old. They hold therapy and a therapeutic approach at the heart of everything they do, understanding that if pupils feel emotionally and mentally well, they can play and learn effectively. At the school assemblies and extra-curricular clubs are provided at the end of every school day, and regular educational trips enhance the curriculum further.
