Are you a creative and dedicated Food Technology Teacher looking for an exciting new challenge?

We are currently seeking a proactive and engaging Food Technology Teacher to join a well-respected secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the school and be comfortable teaching all year groups, including A-Level classes. The school has a strong reputation for pupil progress and expects its teachers to have a good knowledge of the national curriculum and a strong dedication to the role. This full-time position includes planning and assessment, under the guidance of the Deputy or Headmaster.
In addition to excellent teaching skills, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the school's ethos and provide exceptional pastoral care to support the wider development of students. They should also be willing to get involved in the school's extracurricular programme.
Key responsibilities will include delivering effective and stimulating lessons, setting high expectations to inspire, motivate, and challenge students, and managing behaviour to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
