Job Description
Front of House Supervisor – Immediate Start
Location: Near Long Stratton
Hours: 37 hours per week approx, 5 days a week (including weekends on a rota basis)
Shift: Day shifts only – No evenings
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth-running front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of service
Assist with staff training, shift planning, and daily operations
Provide excellent customer service and handle any queries or complaints professionally
Ensure the venue is well-presented and all health and safety procedures are followed
Support stock control, ordering, and cash handling as needed
Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front-of-house supervisory role within hospitality or a similar setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Reliable, well-organised, and able to multitask in a busy environment
