Salary: £36,000.00 per annum
We are looking for a Floor Layer to join a dedicated housing repairs and maintenance team for a local housing provider.
Responsibilities:
Installing various flooring types, including wet room, vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles.
Using hot welding techniques to create seamless joints and prevent water ingress.
Identifying and assessing flooring damage in tenanted and void properties.
Repairing or replacing damaged sections of flooring to meet health and safety standards.
Communicating effectively with tenants and housing officers regarding work schedules. Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)Benefits:
