Calling all Fire Safety Specialists!🔥
A Berkshire Based Local Authority are looking for a Specialist Fire Safety Manager to lead the team of Fire Safety Officer's for their Mid to High Rise Buildings.
For this role, you must have experience in:
Managing a set number of High Rise Buildings within a specified patch.
Carrying out Fire Safety Inspections.
Completing Safety Case Reports under the Building Safety Act.
Ensuring resident strategies are in place to comply with Building Safety Regulations.
HRB risk management.
This is a 6 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough area to complete inspections.
