Job Description
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Interim – Fire Safety Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.
What the job will be doing
* FRA management and delivery
* Managing actions from fire risk assessments and overseeing fire safety upgrades, including fire doors, alarms, and ventilation systems.
* Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects effectively.
What you will need
* Experience in managing fire safety within social housing sector
* Strong knowledge of relevant building safety legislation and compliance requirements
