Fire Risk Assessor - Shape Your Career with a Growing Consultancy A rapidly expanding Fire Consultancy based London, with projects spanning across the city, seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects, manage your own diary, and contribute to a consultancy with an ambitious growth plan. The Fire Risk Assessor's Role As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will independently manage projects and conduct comprehensive Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of sectors, including private blocks, offices, retail, and high-rise buildings. With a recently secured contract in North London, your expertise will be instrumental in supporting projects in the region. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across diverse property types. Provide solutions to fire safety-related challenges. Assist in preparing fire safety documents, policies, and procedures. Manage your schedule independently and liaise with clients. Stay updated on fire safety regulations and best practices. The Ideal Fire Risk Assessor Will Have At least 1 year of experience in fire risk assessment. Experience conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments (training available). Preferably a background in retail and commercial sectors. Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for fire safety solutions. A proactive approach to career progression in the risk assessment industry. In Return?
