We are currently seeking a Fire Compliance and Contracts Manager a growing London-based Housing Association. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire manager to join a growing team. Location: London, W10 Salary: Circa £62,000 plus hybrid working opportunity Responsibilities: The Fire Compliance and Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all fire risk assessments, related actions, intrusive surveys and remediation programmes.  Responsible for ensuring fire safety in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022. You will be the key link between the associations, LFB and all related organisations.  Prepare reports for Executives and Board members. Financial and budgetary management.  Requirements: Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider or local authority. In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.
