Job Description
Service Engineer
Our client focuses on the design and installation to the ongoing support of systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and nurse call systems. We are also proud to be specialists in wireless radio fire alarm solutions. Their service team operates across Southern England and London and is looking for skilled engineers to join them.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, servicing, and occasional small works on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
* Work on fire alarm systems such as Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDA.
* Use our service management software and mobile app to complete tasks.
* Conduct occasional small installations and system upgrades.
* Perform fault finding on both conventional and addressable systems.
* Handle emergency lighting maintenance.
* Work with Pyronix, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Dahua, and Wisenet.

Requirements
* Proven experience in servicing and maintaining the systems listed.
* Full UK driving license (mandatory)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
