Financial Services Administrator
London, EC2M (Dashwood House, close to Liverpool Street and Bank stations)
* Part time, 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5:15pm, 1 hour lunch break)

* £32,000 - £34,000 pro rata + benefits

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to the our success by delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across mortgage, investment, and pension portfolios.
* Manage client cases with accuracy and efficiency.
* Draft and send clear, professional emails (no templates!).
* Input data with precision and maintain up-to-date records.
* Communicate effectively via phone and email with clients and advisers.
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and improve workflows.

The Ideal Candidate
You’re proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. About you:
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in investment, pension, or mortgage administration.
* Proficient in IT systems, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
* Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Accurate typing and data entry abilities.
