About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join our Client’s dynamic team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring robust financial control, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be highly qualified, with a strong track record in financial management and compliance within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including management reports.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and audit requirements.
Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to senior management.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Implement and enhance internal financial controls and processes.
Support business planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification (essential).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role.
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
