Job Description
Financial Controller, Tour Operator, £55-75k + Bonus, Remote/London/Hybrid. A fantastic opportunity to join this tailormade tour operator that offer luxurious, experiential and immersive holidays worldwide where you will report into the board and have overall leadership responsibilities of their group finance function.
Financial Controller Responsibilities
Shape the companies financial strategy whilst being hands on with the day to day operations.
Lead , mentor and guide a finance team of 3.
Continually evolve, enhance and improve financial systems and processes to drive efficiencies and scalability.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Provide financial MI to the business to support with key decision making.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as ABTA and CAA.
Financial Controller Skills Required
Senior level financial management / controlling experience gained in the travel industry.
Fully qualified preferred (ACCA / CIMA) but may consider QBE.
Experience leading and developing small teams.
Experience streamlining processes and systems to drive operational efficiencies.
Experience using Sage and / or Xero would be advantageous.
Analytical and data driven.
Experience managing cashlow and statutory reporting.
Financial Controller Additional Details
A basic salary in the region of £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
