Your role will be pivotal not just in overseeing the finance function but also in driving cashflow forecasting and management. Your ability to influence and provide strategic insights into cashflow will be critical in maintaining liquidity and supporting the company's growth agenda.
To succeed, you'll need to bring your extensive NetSuite experience, a hands-on, ambitious approach, and the confidence to take full ownership of the finance function. As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), you'll have a track record of leading financial transformation and implementing systems and processes.
Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses is a plus, but your ability to drive change, improve efficiencies, and lead with energy and expertise is what will truly set you apart.
