Financial Analyst – Grimsby – £47,500 - £50,000   Chase & Holland have the exciting opportunity to be exclusively partnering with a PE backed, fast-paced logistics and distribution business based in Grimsby, who are looking to recruit an experienced and results driven Financial Analyst (FP&A) for a newly created role due to business growth. Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals. Develop rolling cashflow forecasts to provide updated financial projections. Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Support strategic initiatives and decision making through financial analysis and modelling. Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including for the board. Develop reporting suite for finance department, to assist the finance team. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).  Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insights. Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic support. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Leverage financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes. Involved in one-off projects including financial modelling and reportingThe ideal candidate will be: Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred Sound experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting IT literate including ERP Systems, Excel & Power BI Use own initiative and bring ideas forward to drive improvementsIf you are interested in this Financial Analyst (FP&A) role, please apply now!
