Location: Remote (Head Office Based in Warwickshire)
Salary: 45k-50k DOE
Are you a Level 4 qualified Financial Advisor looking for an opportunity to focus on what truly matters — serving your clients? Our client, a small, client-focused financial planning firm, is seeking a dedicated Financial Advisor to join their team. This is a unique role where no sales are involved, and all administrative and paraplanning support is provided for you.
Role Overview
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing a client bank of around 200 clients. Your main priority will be providing tailored, holistic financial advice, ensuring each client’s needs are met with care and attention. With a commitment to building long-term relationships, you will focus on helping clients achieve their financial goals with no pressure to chase new business.
Key Duties:
Provide comprehensive, client-focused financial advice, including retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, tax efficiency, and protection.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular reviews and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their financial plans evolve as their needs change.
Ensure all advice and recommendations are in the best interest of the clients, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
No cold calling or sales targets — just pure client service.
Collaborate with an experienced paraplanning and admin team to ensure clients receive seamless support.

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, with the ability to manage a client bank effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
