Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted adviser to operational leaders, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance and operational teams.
- Support the delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to analyse performance, forecast outcomes, and support strategic planning.
- Identify risks and opportunities, recommending solutions to enhance financial performance.
The Successful Applicant:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Proactive, adaptable, and commercially astute, with a focus on delivering results.
