The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll act as the crucial link between finance and operations, providing financial insight that directly influences business success. Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis - Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
🔹 Business Partnering - Working closely with key stakeholders to provide insight, challenge assumptions, and drive commercial success.
🔹 Performance Management - Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
🔹 Risk & Compliance - Ensuring financial controls, governance, and regulatory requirements are met.
🔹 Leadership & Influence - Providing financial expertise that supports decision-making at all levels.
Who We're Looking For
✔ Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
✔ 3+ years' experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role
✔ Industry experience in construction, property, or business services preferred
✔ Strong financial acumen with advanced financial modelling & analysis skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - confident influencing senior leaders
✔ ERP and financial systems experience
