The main responsibility for this role is to provide accurate and timely financial information to support strategic goals of revenue.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, and previous experience in business partnering or working closely with non-financial teams.
In this role, you will support the Operational Finance team with data management and analysis to make strategic decisions based on accurate financial numbers.
Your responsibilities will include preparing ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐ฎ๐จ๐๐จ, monitoring ๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ค๐ง๐ข๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง๐จ (KPIs), and providing ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐จ. You will act as a trusted advisor to departmental and operational leaders, supporting their financial understanding and decisions.

* Collaborate with regional managers to ensure accurate weekly staffing levels and timely submissions.
* Analyse weekly admissions and discharges for reporting purposes.
* Prepare occupancy analyses for bimonthly board meetings.
* Complete weekly KPI and spend reports promptly.
* Work closely with regional and home managers to understand and manage budgets.
* Visit sites to assess staffing requirements and explain differences using dependency tools.
* Assist with staff budget setting for sites and monitor staffing levels post-opening.
* Support administrative aspects of commissioning and setting up new sites.
* Conduct ad hoc investigations and prepare business cases for site performance.
* Establish strong working relationships with site managers and professional bodies.
