Job Description
Gleeson Recruitment are working with a business based in Derby that are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.
The business is offering a competitive salary, along with a car allowance and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and advice, helping guide key business decisions.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Analyse financial performance, spot trends, and offer recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of results and aligning with business objectives.
Collaborate with various business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive financial performance.
Provide financial expertise for project evaluations, business initiatives, and investment decisions.
Key Requirements:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification, or significant experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience in finance business partnering, with a strong ability to advise and influence senior management.
Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with great attention to detail.
