We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic finance team with a client based in Farnham on an on-going temporary basis. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in finance, looking to gain experience in a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will support the finance department in managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments.

Finance Assistant - About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
* Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records
* Support in preparing financial reports and statements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
* Handle administrative tasks related to finance functions
* Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
The successful Finance Assistant will have/be:
* Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar finance role
* Proficient in accounting software Sage
