Job Description
We're currently working with a rapidly growing and fast-paced manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Assistant for their Finance Team.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery both internally and externally. You’ll be based on-site, working closely with the wider finance team and reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.
Key Responsibilities of Finance Assistant
Processing invoices and financial documents accurately and in line with internal and external guidelines
Providing excellent support to internal teams and external partners
Supporting with audit processes and compliance checks
Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager with ad-hoc duties as required
Essential:
Experience working with finance systems and strong Excel skills
A clear understanding of financial compliance and risk
High attention to detail with a proactive, positive mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to build great working relationships
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
