Job Description

NXTGEN are excited to be recruiting a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Peterborough. In this role, you'll work closely with the commercial team, providing financial insights and executing critical processes that drive better decision-making and improve overall business performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a renowned brand, supporting key stakeholders and helping to deliver tangible results. Key Responsibilities: Provide analysis to support sales decision-making, including tender pricing and customer forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulations. Review and approve promotional spend forms and invoices, maintaining accurate reconciliations and alignment with brand guidelines. Set up and monitor customer rebates, ensuring they align with contractual agreements and maintaining accurate reporting. Support period-end processes, including journal entries, margin share calculations, and data reconciliation for accurate reporting. Maintain and update BI systems, roll out new costings, train users, and manage Power BI dashboards to support the business's operational needs.You'll bring a strong background in financial analysis, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing systems like Power BI. You'll be proactive in problem-solving, confident in collaborating with stakeholders, and committed to upholding high standards in compliance, health & safety, and inclusion.
