Job Description
I am working with an organisation to recruit for a Finance Analyst
Location- London
On-site Requirements- Hybrid
Salary- £38,000-£41,000
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyse financial data to support business planning and performance reporting.
Develop and maintain accurate management reports, ensuring key stakeholders have the insights they need.
Work with different departments to improve data accuracy and ensure finance information is robust.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial performance and provide recommendations.
Highlight and resolve data integrity issues to improve reporting and decision-making.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve information and reporting systems.
Assist with forecasting future stock needs and associated budget requirements.
Support colleagues with finance-related insights, analysis, and training.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working within a large finance team in an analytical or reporting role.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with proven experience conducting detailed quantitative analysis.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)
Ideally part-qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE
Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets within a business intelligence or data warehouse environment.
