Field Service Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Midlands
nGenium has partnered with a trusted business in the pharmaceutical industry and through growth are expanding their engineering team. They are looking for a mid to senior level field service engineer with experience in, pharma, medical or life sciences and strong CAD skills.
Your Role:
Independently manage your own schedule and customer visits,
Deliver exceptional on-site support maintaining the highest safety standards.
Perform installations, commissioning, calibration, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Address technical concerns and collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions.
Design electrical schematics using AutoCAD and provide accurate documentation.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
About You:
2+ years’ experience as a field service engineer in life sciences, medical or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong ability to maintain, service and repair complex scientific equipment.
Is proficient with Computer aided design (CAD)
Is a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
Communicates effectively with clients and team members.
UK Passport and full driving license
