Your Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our large industrial and commercial clients with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for our EV Chargers and Energy Storage products. You'll ensure that our advanced energy solutions run seamlessly, providing expert on-site and remote support to keep our clients powered and connected.
What You'll Do:
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with EV chargers and energy storage systems
✅ Perform on-site service and repairs, ensuring full functionality of products
✅ Provide remote technical support and guide technicians on troubleshooting
✅ Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 engineers on complex cases
✅ Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
✅ Identify and coordinate spare parts needed for repairs
✅ Assist in creating and improving repair instructions
✅ Occasionally train customers, service partners, and Level 1 technicians
✅ Provide feedback to Quality and Master Service Engineers to enhance processes
What You'll Bring:
🔹 A degree in electrical maintenance, electro-technical services, or electrical engineering
🔹 Experience in remote support or field service roles
🔹 Electrical certification to handle up to 1500V DC and 690V AC circuits
🔹 Strong technical diagnostic and analytical skills
🔹 Knowledge of networks, computers, and MS Office
🔹 Fluency in English and Dutch or German
🔹 Class B driver's license
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
