Role: Field Service Engineer – Agricultural Equipment
Basic Salary: £18 - £19 per hour basic with OTE of £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Kelso
We welcome applications from candidates with recent Agricultural, Plant, or Military (REME, etc.) Engineering experience.
About the Agricultural Field Service Engineer Role:
We are looking for skilled Agricultural Engineers, Plant Fitters, or ex-Forces Vehicle Technicians (tracked vehicles, REME, etc.) to join our friendly and professional team in Kelso.
As an Agricultural Field Service Engineer, you'll work on a wide range of cutting-edge agricultural equipment, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs both in our clean, state-of-the-art workshop and out in the field.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer looking to earn top money, progress their career, and receive continuous manufacturer training.

* Basic salary: £18–£19 per hour (depending on experience)
* Overtime paid at 1.5x / 2x rates – earn £50,000–£60,000+ with overtime

What We’re Looking For from our Agricultural Field Service Engineers:
* NVQ Level 2 or higher in Land-Based Engineering, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent City & Guilds).
* Recent hands-on experience with agricultural, plant, construction, or military vehicles (tracked or wheeled).
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* A valid UK driving licence.
