Join Our Nationwide Team as a Field Merchandiser
We’re hiring Field Merchandisers in every town and city across the UK! EFE Personnel is acting as an employment business to recruit for our esteemed client. This part-time, flexible role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking to balance work with other commitments.
Hourly Rate:
£11.60 per hour, increasing to £12.40 per hour in April.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to retail stores, ensuring products are correctly displayed, stocked, and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
Set up engaging displays, arrange products, and implement visual merchandising plans to boost sales.
Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or issues.
Work closely with store managers and staff to address merchandising concerns, share product knowledge, and provide excellent customer service.
Execute promotions, including setting up displays and ensuring accurate pricing.
Keep detailed records of store visits, activities, and inventory audits using our app.
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained during all merchandising activities.
What You’ll Need:
Prior experience in a merchandising or similar role.
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Basic computer skills.
A valid driving licence (essential).
Working Conditions:
This role involves frequent travel within your local area to visit retail stores. You’ll spend much of your time on your feet, setting up displays and engaging with store teams.
