Role- Fabric Admin Assistant - Temporary Hours- Part Time Location- West End, London Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the fashion industry? Are you looking to gain more experience for you CV? Our client, a leading luxury high street brand is seeking a talented Fabric Admin Assistant to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to support the Menswear Fabric Manager with a wide range of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the department and the production of seasonal fabrics. Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative support to the Menswear Fabric Manager, assisting with tasks from sourcing to production. Chase suppliers for key dates and tracking numbers, ensuring timely delivery. Input relevant correspondence and key critical dates from suppliers into departmental spreadsheets. Log in sampling fabrics, chase for technical details, and input them into the spreadsheet. Collect and distribute department post, ensuring effective communication within the team.What our client is looking for: Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Understanding of sample management and fabrics Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and able to work independently, while also being a reliable team player.
