We are currently looking for an experienced Family Safeguarding Social Worker to join an experienced and stable safeguarding team where caseloads are manageable and shared equally across the teams including Child in Need, Child Protection, MASH and Children in Care. Some children may be subject to childcare proceedings or private law proceedings. We have had such great feedback of the managers and colleagues being supportive inside and outside of work! The team collaborate constantly and you will feel settled when arriving on this role, there is also an option to go perm after the contract has finished.  The team are focusing on driving improvement for children in the small island and is a fantastic community to be involved with, especially when the summer months are around.
