Juice Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and ambitious law firm who have opened a new branch in London.
With this being a new office you would need to have a hands on approach to work, and be able to see growth within the firm and work withing integrity.
Permanent Role
* Monday to Friday, Full Time working hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Salary: between £35 to £50k per annum
* Hybrid working available for the right person when you are set up and know what you are doing within the team
* Location: Chippenham
Responsibilities
* Drafting court applications for divorce, children’s applications, financial applications, non-molestation applications, TOLATA applications
* Providing advice to clients on the above matters
* Managing a full case load
* Managing client expectations and providing excellent client care
* Maintaining client records, including correspondence, client files, and billing records
* Preparing briefs for clients as needed
* Assisting with other duties as assigned by management
About You
* Qualified in Law (SQE)
* The role would be finance based rather than children based cases
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
* A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a supportive team
