Job Description
Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Manchester, which is in need of a Family Solicitor.
The role will entail dealing with a variety of interesting and challenging caseload (both Legal Aid and private Family Law matters).
The firm is open to Individuals with NQ-5 year PQE in Family Law.
They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending upon experience.
The successful candidate will deal with the following types of matters from the start of the matter to completion
Divorce & finances – legally aided and private law
Domestic Abuse – both legally aided and private law
Care proceedings – public law proceedings
Private Law children’s proceedings – both legally aided and private law
About you as a Family Solicitor:
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent IT Skills
Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
Confidence in business development and winning work.
Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet strict timescales where required.Benefits:
