The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of a portfolio of properties in Poole.
This role is responsible for ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard, meeting health & safety compliance, and delivering excellent service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the maintenance and servicing of building fabric, both internally and externally.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including management of third-party contractors.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary action to maintain and improve standards.
* Develop strong tenant relationships, ensuring high service levels and addressing operational needs.
* Produce management reports and work closely with procurement teams for external contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in regional facilities management within a multi-let property environment.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing personnel and contractors.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* IT literate, with experience in industry-specific applications.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and environmental requirements (IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable).
* Highly organized, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
