Facilities Manager Location: Central, London Salary: £45-£50k + Benefits Job Type: Permanent Industry: Property & Facilities Management About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a prestigious property estate in central, London. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities management, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained while delivering excellent service to tenants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Facilities Management: Oversee the management of properties, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards. * Team Leadership: Support and lead the Facilities Management team in delivering high-quality hard and soft services across the estate. * Contractor & Supplier Management: Manage external service providers, ensuring they meet KPIs and SLAs for quality and efficiency. * Building Maintenance: Ensure properties are well-maintained, with planned and reactive maintenance completed on time. * Budget Management: Develop and oversee service charge budgets and operational expenditure. * Tenant Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for tenants, resolving issues and ensuring a high standard of service. * Compliance & Risk Management: Work closely with Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. * Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams on sustainability initiatives, refurbishments, and major works projects. Requirements: * Previous experience in facilities management, ideally within property or estate management. * IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent). * Strong understanding of building maintenance, health & safety regulations, and compliance requirements. * Experience in budget and service charge management. * Proven ability to manage contractors and service providers effectively. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property/CRM databases.
