Location: Colnbrook Contract Type: Temp To Perm Hourly Rate: £16 - £17 per hour Are you a proactive and organised individual with a knack for ensuring smooth operations? Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their vibrant team! 🌟 What You'll Do: As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a professional environment. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities: Reception Management: - Welcome colleagues and visitors with a warm smile 😊. - Answer and transfer calls efficiently. Visitor Coordination: - Prepare visitor badges and maintain accurate records. - Arrange Wi-Fi access and transportation for guests. Meeting & Event Support: - Schedule conference rooms and ensure they're equipped with necessary tech. - Assist in organising internal and external events. 🎉 Office Maintenance: - Monitor and report any facility issues (like air conditioning or maintenance needs). - Order and manage office supplies and catering requirements. 🍽️ Mail & Courier Duties: - Sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing deliveries. - Ensure the franking machine is serviced and stocked. Coffee & Canteen Management: - Keep coffee machines stocked and the area tidy. ☕ - Replenish canteen supplies regularly. Health & Safety Responsibilities: - Serve as Site Fire Warden and First Aider. 🔥 - Maintain up-to-date certifications and assist with health and safety audits. What We're Looking For: Previous facilities experience is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
