Facade Project Manager
A leading Facade Contractor is actively recruiting for an experienced Facade Manager to manage a prestige and complex facade package in central London.
Due to the nature of this work, we need a Project Manager from a facade background and someone who has experience in managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities for the Facade Manager role will include but not be limited to:
Health, Safety, Environment & Welfare management
Close liaison with the main and sub-contractors throughout the project
Construction project management and overseeing of construction related activities
Construction submittal review
Recording and reporting key construction metrics to stakeholders
Managing manufacturing and installation work of technical equipment
Requirements
Experience as a Facade Manager within the FACADES/CURTAIN WALLING industry
